Matroska Nested Ordered Chapters

This type of chapter automatically results from the combination of Nested Chapters and Ordered Chapters.
No information can be found in the Matroska Specs.
In practice, players only use the top-level Ordered Chapters to create the virtual timeline. For all Nested Chapters, only the start time is used for a chapter marker in the timeline. No playing time is calculated for the chapter.

In this case, the playing time must be calculated for each Nested Chapters.

The Matroska test file is not played in any player as described here, as only the two top-level chapters (Chp 1 and Chp 2) are used. Therefore, the playing time is only 40 seconds instead of 70.
