Step 2x: Setup Bitly

First you will have to register your application on Bitly. Check out the documentation for more information: http://dev.bitly.com/authentication.html

To add new API Key, you should go to: http://bitly.com/a/oauth_apps

Next configure a resource owner of type bitly with appropriate client_id, client_secret.

    resource_owners:
        any_name:
            type:                bitly
            client_id:           <client_id>
            client_secret:       <client_secret>

When you're done. Continue by configuring the security layer or go back to setup more resource owners.
