Add a new dataset

To add a new publicly available dataset, create a new issue using the Dataset request template.

Note that the dataset must be:

• publicly available or announced to be available in future
• the dataset must be related to single-cell (scRNAseq) or immune repertoire (AIRR / RepSeq / immunosequencing)
• the dataset must be related to COVID-19 patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection

Correct outdated information or inaccuracy

To correct an outdated information or inaccuracy, please create a new issue using the Correction request template.

Request an improvement

To suggest an improvement or an idea, please create a new issue using the Improvement request template.
