Populate a hecate instance with sample data

Usage

Populate an ingalls/Hecate instance with sample data for testing and UI development.

Follow the instructions in ingalls/Hecate for getting a hecate instance running.

Once running, run node index.js to populate the database.

This will create:

• Building Polygons for Seneca Rocks
• Highway LineStrings around Seneca Rocks
• A user ingalls with the password yeaheh
• 2 bounds files; us-wv and us-wv-seneca_rocks
