Contributing to Claude Code Plugins

This file used to carry a full contributing guide. It drifted badly from the real submission process (old category list, no submission-issue step, no 8-field frontmatter, no tier→docs standard) and was retired on 2026-07-14 so the repo has exactly ONE contributing guide. It remains in place only because external links point at this path.

Everything you need is in the canonical guide:

• .github/CONTRIBUTING.md — the contract, both submission paths (vendor vs auto-sync), the tier→docs matrix, validation commands, and what happens after you open a PR.
• 6767-b-SPEC-DR-STND-claude-skills-standard.md — the authoritative skill spec the validator scores against (see SCHEMA_CHANGELOG.md for the currently enforced schema).
• 700-DR-GUID-skill-submission-standard.md — the full submission-docs standard.
