Build Status

A Julia package to compute approximation to the transfer operator (Perron-Frobenius operator) and invariant measures from partitioned state space reconstructions (rectangular and triangulated partitions).

PerronFrobenius.jl provides essential functionality for the CausalityTools.jl and and TimeseriesSurrogates.jl packages.
