Tacky-Borders let you customize window borders with color animations, gradients, one side color fades, and static colors. Works on Windows 10 and 11.

NOTE:

I'm on Windows 10 and Tacky-Borders works just fine on it, I added a simple fix for using Seelen-UI with it and for dual-monitor setups, which is applied to all presets. I spoke with the developer, whom may of accounted for those in a later release.
