Run the Lumis command line syntax highlighter with npm or npx.

npx @lumis-sh/cli --help

npm install -g @lumis-sh/cli
lumis --help

The package downloads the matching prebuilt lumis binary from the cargo-lumis-cli/v<version> GitHub release during installation.
