SpoolSamplerNET

Implementation of SpoolSample from @leechristensen in C# without a rDLL.

Most/all of the code is from the excellent project PingCastle of @vletoux who also wrote SpoolScanner in ps1 / c#.

Just added the "captureserver" in RpcRemoteFindFirstPrinterChangeNotificationEx pszLocalMachine
