mxnet-convolutionalposemachines_Testing

Refer to Shih-En Wei, Varun Ramakrishna, Takeo Kanade, Yaser Sheikh, "Convolutional pose machines", CVPR 2016. This is a mxnet version for the convolutionnal_pose_machines, i just convert the caffe model to the mxnet and do some morphs.
