LibreAAC's Open Board Format reference material is maintained in the sibling openboards repository:

The sibling repository's production-board candidates are independently licensed works. Its test fixtures have unresolved distribution terms and are for local compatibility testing only. Open Board Format objects are intentionally treated as extensible: fields the application does not understand and package files it does not edit are preserved.
