Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

crdt-merge — Optitransfer

Thank you for your interest in contributing to crdt-merge, maintained by Optitransfer (Ryan Gillespie).

By submitting a pull request or other contribution to this project, you agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of Rights

You grant Optitransfer (and its successors) a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, and otherwise exploit your contribution in any form, under any license — including proprietary and commercial licenses.

2. Original Work

You represent that your contribution is your original work and that you have the legal right to grant this license. If your employer has rights to intellectual property you create, you represent that you have received permission to make contributions on behalf of that employer.

3. No Obligation

This agreement does not obligate Optitransfer to accept, use, or include your contribution.

4. Ongoing Rights

You retain all rights to your contribution. This CLA does not transfer ownership — it grants a license.
