In this page i will show you my Data science project .
This project is intended to be a walkthrough on Data science process from end to end.
In the current project, I chose to focus on the prices of apartments for sale and rent in the Land of Israel. The main goal is to gain intresting insights from the data, analyze them and finally to create a Predicative Mechine-learning model to predict asset prices
The full detailed process is explained in the Presentation, Following it and the different notebooks should be necessary for reaching a full understanding of the project.
The project consists of the following steps:
- Data acquisition: Scraping process
- Data cleaning and processing: Apartments for sale / Apartments for rent / Apartments that sold
- Exploratory Data Analysis: EDA / Interactive Charts
- Predicative and Learning Experiments: Apartments for rent price prediction / Apartments for sale price prediction
