Better Agent is powerful software that can affect real machines and real user data.

It can coordinate AI agents, launch command-line tools, request or perform file operations, persist conversation and trace data, route work to worker nodes, and interact with extensions. Misuse, bugs, bad model output, malicious prompts, untrusted extensions, insecure configuration, exposed network access, or provider/tool failures can cause harm, including:

1. data loss or unwanted file changes;
2. disclosure of private code, prompts, logs, credentials, or secrets;
3. execution of unintended commands;
4. broken builds, deployments, or development environments;
5. unauthorized access if the backend is exposed to untrusted networks;
6. extension or marketplace abuse if untrusted packages are installed;
7. financial, operational, or security impact from relying on agent output.

Use Better Agent only if you understand these risks. Review tool calls, protect credentials, keep backups, use trusted projects and extensions, and run it in an environment where accidental or malicious actions are contained.
