Community calls are non-binding unless the applicable asset controller delegated authority in advance. Otherwise outcomes are proposals awaiting asynchronous ratification.

Publish the time/timezone, link, agenda deadline, async route, facilitator, recorder, timekeeper, private conduct contact, pre-reads, no more than three decision topics, decision rules, and a 24–48 hour minutes correction window.

Never put security details, conduct reports, personal data, secrets, or recovery information in public agendas or minutes. Use agenda-template.md and minutes-template.md.
