The ecosystem may contain broad discovery catalogs, curated markets, source-verification feeds, distribution-specific allowlists, and private enterprise lists. These services are independent projects, not subordinate branches of one official marketplace.

Community conformance means transparent claims, not guaranteed safety. A conforming service should disclose operator/control, purpose, intake source, review scope and omissions, ranking/sponsorship incentives, version and artifact model, runtime-risk signals, update/transfer handling, pause/removal/notification, appeal, data/privacy, and shutdown/export.

Use transparency-template.md. A service must not use “official,” “safe,” or “community certified” unless it has specific authority and defines the exact scope.
