To fix weird transparencies in METAL GEAR SOLID Δ: SNAKE EATER, add this to Engine.ini

To enable "hidden" DLSS-FG (e.g. Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion), you have to add these commands to Engine.ini (locations below)
- If no Engine.ini present, then create one and make it read-only to avoid being deleted (same goes if the game deletes it on launch in general)
