Installation

  1. create conda environment
conda create -n pfm python=3.8.16
conda activate pfm
  1. install dependencies
pip install -r requirements.txt

Execution

2D

  1. edit hyperparameters in 2D/hyperparameters.py
  2. run simulation
cd 2D
python run_2D.py
  1. results can be found in logs/[exp_name]/

3D

  1. edit hyperparameters in 3D/hyperparameters.py
  2. run simulation
cd 3D
python run_3D.py
  1. results can be found in logs/[exp_name]/
