Library for arranging XDG-Shell windows in a Layer Shell window. Also supports proxying Layer Shell windows.
XDG-Shell-Wrapper intends to support the following use cases:
- create layer shell applications with toolkits that may only support XDG-Shell
- multi-process plugin architecture
