KTX2 textures support for glTFRuntime

Usage

Just clone the plugin code to your project Plugins/ directory.

It will automatically register as a texture processor in glTFRuntime

Status

Currently windows/linux x86_64 and mac arm64 are supported

Directly upload compressed mipmaps to the GPU without transcoding them
