Working with Nostr Events Directly

This example publishes a generic kind-1 note to a public relay. Note: ASA events (kinds 38400-38403) belong on the Lightning Enable agent relay, wss://agents.lightningenable.com — general-purpose public relays like relay.damus.io are fine for ordinary Nostr notes but are not part of the agent network.
