To change the delay open "Show more options" and change the "Caching"
To turn on subtitles make sure "Track 1" is enabled
Change RTSP settings
Click "Show settings All" bottom left
On the left open "Input / Codecs" then "Demuxes" then "RTP/RTSP" to enable TCP or Multicast
