Rug

A free, open-source tool for generating random user data. Like Lorem Ipsum, but for people.

Installation

  1. Download the latest setup files from the releases page.
  2. Extract the downloaded .zip file.
  3. Run the setup.exe if you don't have the .NET Desktop Runtime installed, this will install it first then install Rug.

    If you have the .NET Desktop Runtime installed, you can just run the RugSetup.msi, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Note

Rug's UI theme will depend on the user's system theme settings.
