How to use it

This is an R package and an R code.

First download the a compress version (zip or.tar.gx) and install it: in R type install.packages("path_to_minIONLogReg.tar.gx", repos=NULL).

Second, edit main_minIONLogReg.r to add your inputs and run the command lines.
