Scripts for Rate Control Mode Investigation

Sources used:

• Big Buck Bunny, 1920x1080, 24fps, yuv420p
• Tears of Steel, 1920x800, 24fps, yuv420p

Sources have been converted from original PNGs, possibly downscaling/cropping the frames to the target size, changing the framerate, and changing the pixel format to yuv420p.

Bitrates and other configurations are in run.sh.
