Added AllowedFilter::groupOr() and AllowedFilter::groupAnd() for grouping multiple filters under a single URL parameter with an explicit AND/OR conjunction. Anchored on the JSON:API Fancy Filters recommendation. Members can be any AllowedFilter type. Multiple independent groups are supported, AND-joined to each other.
Added AllowedFilter::applyTo(Builder $builder, mixed $value) public primitive. AllowedFilter::filter() is refactored to delegate to it (behavior is byte-identical).
