SYNOPSIS

Invoke PsExec on remote host and execute given binary with specified command line.

SYNTAX

Invoke-PsExec [[-ComputerName] <String[]>] [[-Program] <String>] [[-CommandLine] <String>] [-AsSystem]
 [-CopyProgramToRemoteSystem] [-ForceCopyProgramToRemoteSystem] [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]

DESCRIPTION

Invoke PsExec on remote host and execute given binary with specified command line.

Invoke-PsExec returns a tuple with both the PowerSponse objects and the second with the program output (exit code, stdout, stderr).

EXAMPLES

Example 1

PS C:\> Invoke-PsExec -ComputerName $target -Program ipconfig -CommandLine "/all"

Start ipconifig on remote host and display output.

Example 2

PS C:\> $ps, $return = Invoke-PsExec -ComputerName $target -Verbose -Program ipconfig -CommandLine "/all"

Invoke-PsExec returns a tuple: the PowerSponse objects (pass/fail, timestamp, ...), here psandtheexitcode/stdout/stderrfromtheprogramexecution,hereps and the exit code/stdout/stderr from the program execution, here return.
