🏗️ Quick Deploy (Community)

Use pnpm. The app always runs on port 3000.

# 1) Install
pnpm install

# 2) Configure env
cp env.example .env
# Fill: BASE_URL, BETTER_AUTH_SECRET, Google/GitHub OAuth, SPEECHIFY_API_TOKEN, DATABASE_URL

# 3) Initialize DB (Drizzle)
pnpm db:generate && pnpm db:migrate

# 4) Run (port 3000)
pnpm dev

For production, deploy to Vercel or any Node 18+/20+ platform. Configure the same environment variables.

⚙️ Minimal Config

  • NEXT_PUBLIC_BASE_URL: http://your-domain:3000
  • DATABASE_URL: Postgres connection string
  • BETTER_AUTH_SECRET: generate with openssl rand -base64 32
  • GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID / GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET
  • GITHUB_CLIENT_ID / GITHUB_CLIENT_SECRET
  • SPEECHIFY_API_TOKEN

🧪 Usage

  1. Record or upload voice
  2. Enter text and click Generate
  3. If not logged in, sign in with Google/GitHub; generation continues automatically after redirect
  4. Download the MP3
