Foreman is committed to a welcoming, respectful, and harassment-free community for everyone, regardless of experience level, identity, background, or personal characteristics.

Expected behavior

• Be respectful, constructive, and considerate.
• Discuss ideas and code rather than attacking people.
• Accept feedback gracefully and give others room to learn.
• Respect privacy and avoid sharing another person's information without permission.
• Help keep project spaces focused, safe, and useful.

Harassment, threats, discriminatory language, sexualized attention, personal attacks, trolling, and publishing private information are not acceptable.

Scope and enforcement

This policy applies in repository issues, pull requests, reviews, and other project spaces, as well as when someone is publicly representing the project. Maintainers may edit or remove content, close contributions, or temporarily or permanently restrict participation when behavior violates this policy.

Report conduct concerns privately through the contact information on the repository owner's GitHub profile. Do not open a public issue about a sensitive conduct report. Reports will be reviewed as promptly and confidentially as practical, and retaliation against a reporter is not tolerated.

This policy is inspired by the Contributor Covenant.
