utils

A collection of matlab utility functions.

TODO:

####### imresizeCrisp()

  • Investigate what happens when the input is not binary (e.g. soft probability maps).

####### progress()

  • Find a way to make progress work within a parfor loop.

####### New functions

  • Add functions for easier display of multiple side-by-side figures, update montageArray function.
