Understudy Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

This CLA is entered into between the contributor ("You") and the Understudy project maintainers ("Project").

1. Grant of Copyright License

You grant the Project a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your contributions and such derivative works.

2. Grant of Patent License

You grant the Project a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license for any patents that are necessarily infringed by your contribution(s) alone or by combination with the Project codebase.

3. Representations

You represent that:

• You are legally entitled to grant the above licenses.
• Each contribution is your original creation, or you have the right to submit it under the Project license.
• You understand that the Project is public and your contribution is public.

4. Disclaimer

Contributions are provided "as is", without warranties or conditions of any kind.

5. Acceptance

Submitting a pull request or other contribution constitutes your agreement to this CLA.
