This folder is the clean documentation surface for main.

Use it like this:

• README.md: repo overview, quick start, current branch status
• TODO.md: short execution list
• ROADMAP.md: branch direction
• SWARM.md: current swarm feature shape

Rules for docs in this repo:

• keep root docs short and current
• keep planning docs in docs/
• prefer current state over aspirational prose
• if a doc is speculative, label it clearly
• do not leave generated status placeholders as if they were maintained source docs
