Adding Hoon to Atom/Pulsar

Unfortunately, Atom has now been deprecated and is no longer supported. Fortunately, the repository has been picked up by community maintainers at the pulsar repository

Instructions

Installing hoon is as simple as:

1. Click "Packages > Open Package manager"
2. Type "language-hoon-ts" in the search bar
3. Click Install
