Contributor License Agreement

Thank you for your interest in contributing to ADHDev, maintained by RacoLab ("We" or "Us").

By submitting a Pull Request, you agree to the following terms.

1. Definitions

"Contribution" means any original work — including source code, documentation, tests, or configuration — that you submit to this repository.

"You" means the individual or legal entity making the Contribution.

You grant Us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your Contributions and derivative works, under any license — including open-source (AGPL-3.0) and commercial licenses.

3. Grant of Patent License

You grant Us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, use, sell, and otherwise transfer your Contributions, where such license applies only to patent claims licensable by you that are necessarily infringed by your Contributions.

4. You Have the Right to Contribute

You represent that:

  • The Contribution is your original work, and you have the right to grant the licenses above.
  • If your employer has rights to intellectual property you create, you have received permission to make the Contribution on behalf of your employer, or your employer has waived such rights.
  • The Contribution does not include third-party material that you do not have the right to license.

5. No Warranty

You provide your Contributions on an "AS IS" basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind.

6. Notification

You agree to notify Us if any of the representations in Section 4 become inaccurate.

By signing (commenting "I have read the CLA Document and I hereby sign the CLA" on the Pull Request bot prompt), you agree to these terms for all past and future Contributions to this repository.
