Individual Contributor License Agreement ("CLA")

Thank you for your interest in contributing to open-source projects hosted by agenticenv ("Project Owner").

In order to clarify the intellectual property rights granted with Contributions from any person or entity, Project Owner must have a Contributor License Agreement ("CLA") on file that has been signed or accepted by each Contributor.

1. Definitions

"Contribution" shall mean any original work of authorship, including any modifications or additions to an existing work, that is intentionally submitted by You to Project Owner for inclusion in, or documentation of, any of the products or projects owned or managed by Project Owner.

2. Grant of Copyright License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to Project Owner and to recipients of software distributed by Project Owner a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works.

3. Grant of Patent License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to Project Owner and to recipients of software distributed by Project Owner a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work.

4. You Represent That You Are the Original Author

You represent that You are legally entitled to grant the above licenses. If your employer(s) has rights to intellectual property that you create, you represent that you have received permission to make Contributions on behalf of that employer.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

Except for the express warranties stated herein, Your Contribution is provided on an "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied.

6. Moral Rights

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, You waive and agree not to assert any moral rights You may have in Your Contribution against Project Owner, its successors in interest, or its assigns.

7. No Obligation

You understand that the decision to include Your Contribution in any project is entirely at the discretion of Project Owner, and this Agreement does not obligate Project Owner to include Your Contribution in any product.

8. Digital Agreement

By submitting a Pull Request and confirming via the CLA Assistant bot, You accept and agree to the terms of this Contributor License Agreement for Your present and future Contributions submitted to Project Owner.
