The Apache-2.0 license covers copyright and patent permissions for the open-source core. It does not grant broad trademark rights.

Project names, logos, and service names such as minmaxing, AgentFactory, Hermes agents, REVCLI, Revis, and related branding should not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, certification, official hosting, managed service status, or a commercial relationship unless the maintainer has granted that permission in writing.

Allowed Uses

• Referencing this repository by name when describing compatibility, forks, or attribution.
• Stating that a project is "built with minmaxing" or "uses the minmaxing open-source core" when that is accurate.
• Preserving required attribution and NOTICE content.

Restricted Uses

• Naming a fork or hosted service in a way that implies it is the official minmaxing, AgentFactory, Hermes, REVCLI, or Revis service.
• Claiming "Hermes Enterprise Certified" or similar certification without a written certification process from the maintainer.
• Using logos, product names, or branding in sales materials that imply endorsement by the maintainer.

Forks and derivatives should use distinct names for public distribution unless they are clearly presented as unofficial forks.
