Copy external plugins into this directory.

PepperFlash

To enable flash, locate the plugin and copy it into this folder (\plugins).

linux

get the tar.gz from [https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer](https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer) and copy here `libpepflashplayer.so`

windows

C:\Users\${USER}\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\PepperFlash\${VERSION}/pepflashplayer.dll

macos

/Users/${USER}/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome Canary/PepperFlash/${VERSION}/PepperFlashPlayer.plugin
