Our pledge
We pledge to make participation in Harness Code a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socioeconomic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, caste, color, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.
We pledge to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community.
Expected behavior
Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment include:
- Demonstrating empathy and kindness toward other people.
- Respecting differing opinions, viewpoints, and experiences.
- Giving and gracefully accepting constructive feedback.
- Accepting responsibility, apologizing to those affected by mistakes, and learning from the experience.
- Focusing on what is best for the overall community.
Unacceptable behavior includes harassment, trolling, personal attacks, publishing private information, sexualized content, or other conduct that would reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting.
Enforcement
Project maintainers are responsible for clarifying and enforcing these standards. Reports should be made privately through the repository's security reporting channel when possible. Maintainers will respect the privacy and security of reporters.
