Cleanup Cellery system components

Manage command is used to uninstall Cellery from system.
This will remove the configurations from cellery-system,istio-system namespace along with persisted data.
Usage
Interactive CLI mode

Run
cellery setupcommandcellery setup -
Select
Manageoptioncellery setup [Use arrow keys] ? Setup Cellery runtime ➤Manage Create Modify Switch EXIT -
Select the runtime that needs to be uninstalled.
✔ Manage [Use arrow keys] ? Select a runtime Local GCP Existing cluster ➤ BACK -
Select
cleanupoption.cellery setup ✔ Manage ✔ Existing cluster [Use arrow keys] ? Select `cleanup` to remove an existing GCP cluster ➤ cleanup BACK -
Confirm clean up option.

Select whether to remove

Cleanup

| GCP | cellery setup cleanup gcp <CLUSTER_NAME> | This will cleanup the GCP cluster and the resources that was spawned during the setup including NFS, MySQL server instances, and so on. |
| Existing Cluster | cellery setup cleanup existing <CLUSTER_NAME> [--istio] [--ingress] | This will clean up the pods in the cellery-system namespace. Additionally, users can cleanup the istio and nginx-ingress namespaces by passing --istio and --ingress flags respectively |
