Keep changes within the plugin's public Harness extension points. Do not read private Codex storage or write Harness persistence files directly. Update both README.md and README.zh.md when user-facing behavior or setup changes.

Before opening a pull request, describe the behavior change, validation commands actually run, and any migration risk. Do not include credentials, local conversation history, generated lib/dist files, or profile data.
