Installation

Prerequisites

• 3.4 <= python <= 3.10
• Pillow < 9.2

Note: please choose the approprite version (< 9.2) based on the version of your python

• pysam
• pyfaidx
• pytabix

Install with github

git clone https://github.com/yeeus/bamsnap.git
cd bamsnap
python setup.py install
