This directory contains machine-generated transcripts for episodes 001-260
of the OpenAgents video corpus, plus clearly marked future-episode drafts.
Episode 262 is a final Sarah script (required Acting-as-Sarah
background for Omega and product-strategy language). Episodes 261
and 26X are prepared scripts. Episode 262 and the Forking
Zed draft have separate
Project Omega and
Forking Zed production request packets for
recording and publication gates, non-blocking asset replacements, attribution,
and proof inputs that are not in the repository.
Episode 086 transcribes only the OpenAgents MVP Launch
presentation excerpt from the PlebLab Startup Day 2024 recording,
00:58:21-01:10:10, not the full eight-hour event video. Episode
237 is the prepared-remarks launch essay plus video transcript for
the Autopilot 1.0 / Tassadar launch; it carries fuller written argument than a
typical episode. Episode 240 is a visual walkthrough of the walkable
3D Tassadar run board and multiplayer/Verse direction. Episode 241
reviews Sakana AI's Fugu orchestration release and argues for an open,
inspectable alternative in Khala. Episodes 242-245
launch and dogfood Khala itself across OpenCode, Codex/Claude own capacity, and
deterministic Fleet delegation. Episode 246 dogfoods Khala Code as
the host's full-time harness; 247 turns from build-in-public to
sell-in-public.
Episodes 248-251 narrow that ambition into the actual
OpenAgents Desktop product: predictable recent Codex history, complete and
clickable subagent inspection, a failure-driven Fleet workbench, and finally a
Codex-only, local-first, ProductSpec-native workroom MVP with a fast,
StarCraft-like operator interface.
Episode 252 extends that ProductSpec-native workroom into
OpenAgents Assurance: AssuranceSpec commits how the product should be
verified, Observer compiles reviewed obligations into immutable manifests, and
real QA tools execute them into exact receipts tied back to ProductSpec
evidence.
Episodes 253-254 clear the runway for the Desktop alpha.
The runtime moves from Bun to vendor-neutral Node with pnpm and Vite Plus, then
the host cuts over his own work to OpenAgents Desktop and bug-bashes it from
inside itself: fixing typography while exposing queue replay loops, shared
composer state, follow-up image failures, restart ambiguity, and the need for a
trustworthy Full Auto harness.
Episode 255 turns Full Auto into a standing FastFollow work
source: study adjacent agent products and codebases, preserve evidence in
content-addressed packets, admit product-specific gaps through ProductSpec and
AssuranceSpec authority, and continuously drive OpenAgents Desktop toward
functional parity without copying closed trust assumptions.
Episodes 256-263 move from the first Desktop release
candidate to Omega. Episodes 257 and 258 introduce the “last agent IDE” promise
through file-open and crash-isolation failures. Episode 259 makes the IDE the
engine of verifiable software and reconnects it to Nostr, Bitcoin, and the
OpenAgents market. Episode 260 introduces Sarah. Episode 261 gives her a voice.
Episode 262 is the final short Sarah script for the product decision and
introduces Project Omega as the Zed-based answer, with a live Welcome
screenshare preferred over stills
(SARAH_VIDEO_SCREENSHARE.md). Local
release candidates (no-music clean plate and optional with-music sibling)
were assembled on 2026-07-24 under ~/Desktop/Sarah/262/ using the proven
Segmind + screenshare path and Episode 262 lessons in
../sarah/2026-07-22-segmind-talking-avatar-pipeline.md.
Episode 263 announces the Omega alpha for experienced developers and coding
agent power users. Sarah names three intended modes: direct coding agents,
Omega Agent routing, and Sarah voice; she also directs testers to feedback
channels in Omega's sidebar and downloads on openagents.com. The displaced
Omega Agent plugin-and-payments draft is unscheduled at
26X-omega-agent.md. The unscheduled Forking Zed draft
opens the fork and tours the Rust workspace, GPUI, native IDE substrate,
branding work, Rust and Effect boundary, and migration order. The unscheduled
Full Auto draft moved off slot 263 on 2026-07-27.
Use this file as a navigation map. The transcripts are good enough for theme discovery, but verify wording against the video before using them as quote-grade source material. Most transcript files include the original source URL in their header.
